Hello! Thank you for visiting my portfolio and I hope you enjoy what you see.
I'm Ian and I'm what I call an extraordinaire. I've been through a lot of BPO(call/contact centers) before with all of them alloting me different tasks. I've been a Senior Fraud Account Specialist, Music Licensing Consulltant, and an Order Manager, all linking into one thing, and that's Customer Service.
From my first job up until now, my passion had always been customer service.
